Ubiquitous Presenter now allows you incorporate the audio from your lectures into the web viewer your students use to review your slides! Once you set your lecture up with audio, UP will be able to sync up your slides and audio so that students can see precisely which slide was being presented at any point in the audio and even watch ink strokes appear in sync with the audio.
This is the easiest way to do things if your university provides podcasts of your lectures. All you need to do is set some classroom settings. You can set these when you first create your classroom or afterward by clicking "Preferences" next to the classroom in the classroom list. Under the "Audio Preferences" section:
If there is no podcast available for your audio but recordings are available on the web, you can use them by providing direct URLs to the files. After each lecture, you will need to go to your lecture list on the web and click "Prefs" next to your lecture. Then simply specify the URL in "Audio URL" field.
